Litigator

As an attorney Of Counsel with Connor Kudlac Lee, Sergio R. Davila focuses his practice in Intellectual Property matters for rights holders, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. He represents clients in litigation regarding patent infringement, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and commercial matters. Clients turn to Sergio, often on a repeat basis, for his steady-handed judgment in stressful times. Sergio credits his broad range of experiences, his deep and invaluable network of professional colleagues, and the exceptional mentorship that he was fortunate enough to receive early in his career.
